Verify my mortgage eligibility (Aug 15th, 2022)

I am a local realtor and have worked with several Loan Officers. Carl really stood out from the rest. He had multiple loan programs for my client who was self employed and his down payment was from unlisted stocks (none of this made the process easy) and yet Carl was able to get the job done and we were able to close escrow on time.
